Banner Designer Purse Bingo is held monthly at the Frederick Elks Lodge (289 Willowdale Drive, Frederick). Each event offers an evening of community fun, with multiple rounds of bingo, a 50/50 raffle, and the chance to win exciting prizes- including beautiful designer purses!
